A National System for Purchasing eResources: How Will We Form CzechELib?

The foundations for a future CzechELib are being forged, but what does the Czech academic community need to consider in order to make CzechELib a reality by 2016? This year's KRE will provide a forum for discussion by national and international leaders about the current conceptualization of a future national purchasing entity, its potential benefits, and the challenges we will face in creating an efficient, accountable national eResources system.
